ORDERING AS A GIFT

You can also place an order to be delivered as gift to someone else. Just indicate and we would professionally wrap and package the items and deliver for a small fee. (Ok guys, take a cue...surprise her!)

RETURN POLICY

You may return/exchange certain unsuitable items within 7 days of the date you receive the parcel. Such items should be returned in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, not all item qualify for return. Items such as under-wears, swim-wears etc may not be accepted for return/refund.

We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. The cost of returning and item either for refund or exchange will be determined by your chosen courier.

In the case of an exchange, a new delivery charge will also be applied for the replacement as if it were a new order. Neither www.shakarababe.com nor Billiandi Creations Ltd will be responsible/liable for this cost except where the reason for return is due to our error (where the supplied item is not in conformity with the specifications of your order).
